Where we ship
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order.

Estimated delivery times
Counted from the day your order is placed:

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada: 15–20 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs processing, weather or periods of high demand.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your package. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged, lost or incorrect items
